Returns & Refunds Policy
We’re sure you will like your product, but if not, you can return it to us and we will happily refund you if the conditions are met below.
Cash on delivery orders: If your order was paid cash on delivery, any refund will be made in the form of store coupon code valid for 30 days. On receipt of the products back to our warehouse you will receive the coupon code via the email registered on your account within 2 - 5 working days.
Credit Card payment:If your order was paid via credit card, any refund will be credited back to the card that payment was received from within 2 -5 working days on receipt of the products back to our warehouse.
Conditions for a return:
- A return can only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery
- The item must be unused and in a good condition (original tag for clothing/footwear items)
- The item should be returned in the original packaging
- Delivery charge is strictly non-refundable. Delivery charge can only be refunded where all the products delivered within the order are defective and returned.
- Live plants and any discounted/promotional items cannot be returned or refunded.
Pallets and all Customize Pallet Furniture are NON-REFUNDABLE (any refund will be made in the form of store coupon code valid for 30 days)
To request a return:
- Login into your your account and click on 'My Returns' to make a new return request
- We will arrange the item collection within 2-5 days
- The item will be checked upon delivery in our fulfillment centre
- Once checked and approved, your refund will be processed within 2 working days
