When will my order be delivered?

We always try to dispatch orders the next working day and promise to deliver within 1 to 3 working days. Please check our Delivery Information here. If you have any questions, contact us or simply call on +971 55 671 8381.

Can I change my order/delivery address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, the easiest way to do this is to contact us or call us on +971 55 671 8381, we will happily make the changes for you.

What are the payment methods?

We accept cash on delivery or credit card payment. 

What can I do if there is something wrong with my order?

We are really sorry if there is a problem with your order. If the item has been damaged in transit or you received a wrong item, please take a photo and upload it when creating your online return request. Alternatively send it to quoting your order number and we will be in touch to discuss your options of returning the order.

We will do our best to replace the damaged/wrong item subject to stock availability. Please see our Returns and Refunds policy.

How long will it take to get a refund? 

Refunds usually take 3-5 working days. Please check our Returns and Refunds policy.

How do I cancel an order? 

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Support at or call +971 55 398 6355. Please allow 3-5 working days to process your refund. If your order has already been dispatched you can still return it within 7 days to get a refund. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order online.

How much does delivery cost?

Please note that we only deliver in the UAE at the moment.

I haven't received a confirmation email. Why?

You should always receive a confirmation email once your order has completed, followed by a dispatch email once the order has left us. If you do not receive these emails, check your account information to ensure the correct email address has been submitted and there are no misspellings.

I have an account but I can't log in. Why?

The most common reason is that the wrong password is being entered. Please check spelling of both your password and your email address. To reset your password, login into your Account and click on "Forgot your password". You can reset your password by entering your email address and following the instructions in the email we send you. You’ll be asked to immediately create a new password you can then use to sign in.
